"We recently decided to do an extensive remodel of our home, an exciting proposition, but also one that brought a lot of stress. Deciding on and hiring a contractor is a huge and difficult decision, especially during a time when there are at least a few residential construction projects going on on every single block of our neighborhood, and they can easily afford to turn down work.

I dealt with the stress by doing a lot of research and coming up with a good list of prospects. Some of the contractors were a bit arrogant, and some were ridiculously overpriced. Isaac takes full responsibility for IDB's work and is deeply committed to making us happy. I especially appreciate that he has been diligent at reporting progress regularly, even if there isn't any due to rain (of which there has been quite a lot!), or permitting challenges. I like lots of communication!

"Isaac set the time for Sunday morning arrived on time. Always a plus. He was very nice as well as professional. We were talking about converting our garage into a guest house because my daughter comes once in a month from college to visit and we wanted her to have some nice brand new remodeled place she could stay while she's here. Isaac explained everything and showed pictures from previous clients jobs as well as 3D design examples. I felt very comfortable and happy with his different ideas. The followed week IDB started to work on out garage. They were quick, professional, polite and when the job done they cleaned everything and hauled away all debris.
